Context / Challenge

Ashoka, the global network of social entrepreneurs, wanted to spotlight youth changemakers across the United States while activating local communities. Starbucks partnered to support the tour, providing resources and visibility to amplify youth voices, validating the movement toward an “Everyone a Changemaker” society.

Role

Tour leader, facilitator, and "Experience Architect" — designing the programmatic and logistical framework to scale youth leadership and civic participation across diverse national markets.

What We Built

A multi-city "Changemaker" tour that brought together young leaders, community members, and global brands. At each stop, the tour created platforms for youth-led storytelling, civic engagement workshops, and collaborative design sessions within a high-profile, immersive event setting.

Approach / Methods

Traveling workshops, immersive and interactive forums, community-based storytelling designed to uncover local solutions, and events that successfully blended grassroots energy with national corporate infrastructure.

Impact / Outcomes

Hundreds of young changemakers were celebrated and showcased nationally. The tour effectively bridged grassroots voices with corporate and philanthropic partners, elevating local initiatives onto a national stage and demonstrating how major brands could meaningfully support youth-led change and social entrepreneurship.

Story

“From Brooklyn to Seattle, we carried the same fire: youth are not the future, they’re the now—and the best way to predict the future is to create it.”
